The ChFEBC sm course and designation was created by Judy Snow to help professionals (financial planners, investment advisors, accountants, insurance agents, etc.) better understand the retirement needs of federal employees. Due to the constant change in federal benefits, this is a complicated market to work with, and the more knowledge a professional has about federal employee benefits, the more successful he/she will be.
Very few professionals understand the federal employee and their unique benefits programs. By following the instructions in each course module and completing the assignments, professionals will be knowledgeable in the federal employee market and earn the professional designation of a Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant.
The ChFEBC course is available via independent study, or on-site at your office. In addition, tentative courses are planned for select areas (see below).
